Starlight Express in London 2001

I got into Starlight Express in 2000, my junior year (11th grade) [second to last year of High School] and continued on through summer and my senior year.
Unknown to me, my parents were considering giving me a trip to London to see Starlight Express as my graduation present from high school.
Then came the depressing news, that Starlight was scheduled to close in January 2002. I would have graduated in May of that year.

So, after a lot of pondering, my parents decided to still go through with it. My dad and I went down to Chicago to get emergency passports, and, one week later, the day after Christmas, we were on a flight to London.

I saw the show four times at the Apollo Victoria and it was awesome.
I also met up with some of the people that I had been talking to online - Belle , Pearl Ten-Twelve , and TW and they showed me how to catch actors at the stage door
